"Felt misled by the quality"
I ordered a hoodie and a t-shirt thinking they’d be decent for the price, but I felt misled when they showed up. Both felt cheap right out of the package. The print on the shirt already looked faded, and after one wash it looked even worse. The hoodie is super thin too, with loose threads in the stitching. I really expected better based on what I saw online. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

The box showed up all crushed, and the shirt was basically just shoved inside like nobody really cared. It looked super careless and made the whole thing Annoying. Not happy with it at all.

The prices are wild for what’s basically just regular merch. I thought the quality would be way better for the money, but nah, it didn’t really live up to it. Then shipping made the total even more annoying. For me, it’s just not worth it.

I wanted to feel good about buying this, but I’m still not sure it really supports Forrest. The whole thing felt a little unclear, like I couldn’t tell how authentic it was or if the artist was actually getting support from it. Maybe I missed something, but it didnt really give me confidence.
"My order got mixed up somehow"
I ordered a medium shirt and a hoodie, but when the package showed up, the shirt was the wrong size and the hoodie was replaced with some totally different item. The weird part is the packing slip had my correct order on it, so maybe I’m missing something, but I don’t really see how it got mixed up. It was frustrating, especially since it’s not what I paid for.

The shirt looked totally fine out of the package, so I had high hopes... but the fit was a whole disaster. I ordered my usual size, and somehow it was way too tight in the chest, like it was personally trying to defeat me. The sleeves were also weirdly short, which made the whole thing feel off. Cute shirt, tragic fit...

"Not quite what I expected"
I got the shirt and it was okay overall, but to me the design didn’t really match the pictures. The colors looked a lot duller in person, and the print placement seemed a little off. It’s not terrible, but I personally wouldn’t say it was what I thought I was getting

"I returned my order and I’m still..."
I returned my order and I’m still waiting on the refund to come through. Customer service keeps telling me it’s being processed, but nothing has actually changed. My sister even asked if I’d gotten it back yet because it’s been so long. I did like the merch, but this whole refund situation has been really frustrating.

"I was just trying to place..."
I was just trying to place my order and be done with it, but the checkout process was a mess from start to finish. The page kept freezing on me right when I was trying to move to the next step, and every time I thought it was finally going to work, the payment just wouldn’t go through. I tried waiting, refreshing, and entering everything again, but it still wouldn’t process properly. What should’ve taken a couple minutes ended up being really frustrating.

I placed my order and thought I’d have some kind of update by now, but it’s been two weeks and still nothing. No tracking change, no message, just... waiting. Frustrating...

I ordered a hoodie and just had a quick question about shipping, but getting a response took way longer than I expected. The hoodie itself looked nice from the photos, so I was excited about it.
I sent a couple emails and also used the contact form, but all I got for a while was the automatic reply. When someone finally did get back to me, it was just a short message and didn’t really answer what I needed.
I’m sure the merch is probably fine, and I do like the style of what they’re selling, but the customer service was frustrating. I’d probably wait to order again unless they get better about responding

I got annoyed quickly trying to use the site on my phone. The pages were loading slow, the menu kept acting weird, and checkout just felt confusing. I was just trying to find the right size, but after a few minutes I gave up. Definitely not the smooth shopping experience I expected.

"Print started cracking way too fast"
I washed it one time and the print already started cracking. The shirt itself feels fine and fits okay, but now the design looks kinda cheap. For what I paid, I was bummed about it.

"Fabric was rough and uncomfortable"
I ordered a shirt from Forrestfrankmerchandise, the fabric wasn’t what I expected. It felt rough against my skin right away, and after wearing it for a little while, it started to feel itchy and uncomfortable.
I tried washing it once to see if it would soften up, but it still felt stiff and irritating. I really wanted to like it, but wearing it just didn’t feel good, so I don’t think I’d buy another one.

I was trying to pick up a hoodie and a vinyl, but... yeah, almost every size I clicked on was already sold out. I signed up for the restock emails too, but they didn’t really help much. The site itself is easy enough to use, I guess, but it’s just frustrating when the stuff you actually want isn’t available

"The return process honestly put me in a bad mood"
I actually liked the shirt I ordered from Forrestfrankmerchandise, which made the whole thing a little more disappointing. It just didn’t fit the way I hoped, so I figured I’d exchange it, but finding the return info was way more annoying than it should’ve been. I was already feeling a bit irritated, and then waiting a few days for a reply didn’t help.
They did get back to me eventually, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the process felt slow and kind of unclear. Having to pay return shipping also made me frustrated. It’s not the worst experience I’ve ever had, but I’d probably only order again if I was completely sure about the size.

"Tracking never really updated"
To be fair, this might not be everyone’s experience, but my tracking just didn’t really update at all.
It kept showing the same status whenever I checked, so I had no idea where my package actually was or if it was even moving.
I don’t mind waiting for merch, but it’s frustrating when the tracking doesn’t give you much to go on. I just wish the shipping updates had been clearer.
